Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept any returns or issue refunds on opened/used items. We do not guarantee you will like or dislike our products.
For returns on any unopened items, you need to contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will only accept returns on items ordered in error or for orders that are no longer needed. In these cases, you will have to cover the return shipping costs. Once the item is received (and verified to be unopened or have no damage) you will be refunded for the cost of the item back to the method of payment used on your order (credit card or PayPal).
If you did not receive a product you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send you the missing item(s).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned package. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mysaltsub@gmail.com.
Shipping
If your return was shipped to you via First Class Mail, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the package you are returning was shipped via Priority Mail, return the unopened package to the post office and hand it to the postal clerk as a "refused" packaged. You will not need to pay shipping. It must be unopened.
If you are shipping items totaling over $25, You should consider using a traceable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
