Shipping policy

My Salt Solutions LLC ships all across the US and Canada. We offer two shipping methods for you to select from the USPS.

US orders: You will be able to select from first class, Priority Mail and a discounted Priority Mail. The discounted Priority Mail option caps your shipping cost so it goes no higher, no matter the size of your order. Only packages less than one pound are eligible for first class. Over one pound automatically defaults to Priority Mail. You will be able to see their costs and transit times online before placing your order. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and how far the package needs to travel from Washington. We also ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.

We Ship: We ship Monday - Friday. If your order is placed on Friday, then it will be going out the following Monday! We strive to get your order out within 24 hours of being placed, not including the weekend.

If You Received the Wrong Item: Please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We do our best in the warehouse, but there is the rare case that it happens. Should you receive the wrong product we will reship you the correct item. There are a couple of options in regards to the incorrect one you received. You can request a return shipping label or we can offer it to you at a discounted price to keep the item.
