Restaurant Style Ranch Dressing Mix and Dips packets. Zero sodium per serving as packaged. To prepare the dressing add buttermilk and mayonnaise. To prepare the dip add sour cream. Makes 2 cups of dressing, or 1 cup of dip.

Once our Signature Seasoning recipes were perfected, we arranged a taste testing and luncheon for a group of people. We were excited to see what the reactions and opinions would be. A buffet table was set up with the Ranch dressing and an assortment of vegetables and salads. As people walked down the line, they tasted the dressing with no reaction on their faces and no comments were made. We began asking if they liked it. Not understanding why we asked, they would nod their heads and say yes. We thought they would be surprised at how good it was. It was quite upsetting that people were not reacting at all -- until the event coordinator told us we were getting the exact reaction we wanted. To everyone, it simply tasted like Ranch dressing. They had not been told it was low sodium -- and they didn't notice that it was. And that is the exact result we had hoped for! -- JW
