Low Sodium Foods

Getting the salt out of your diet and reducing sodium intake requires only one main strategy -- simply eat as natural as possible.

It's true. Foods in their natural state are always lower in sodium than their processed and packaged counterparts.

Processed foods usually come packaged in cans, boxes, plastic bags, and are designed to sit on grocery store shelves for long periods of time.

Natural foods are as close to their natural state as possible. All of these foods have no refined salt and all of them are low in sodium.
